Refueler is a small team building something we care about. If we've fallen short — a missed order, a reward that didn't arrive, something that just felt off — we want to hear it. Every message is read by a person. Please contact us, we are here to help you.

How it works

Write to us. Send a message to [email protected] and tell us what happened in your own words. There's no form to fill in. You don't need order numbers or account details to get started — just tell us what's on your mind.

We'll be in touch. We'll acknowledge your message within 24 hours. A real person on the team will read what you've written and send you a substantive response within 30 days. In practice, it's usually much sooner.

We'll sort it out together. If something has gone wrong on our side, we'll put it right — whether that means reissuing a reward, correcting your account, or simply being straight with you about what happened and why. You'll hear from us either way.
